Don Jaime’s Story

Don Jaime’s coffee journey is one of resilience and dedication. His farm, originally operated by his father, endured great challenges during the Salvadoran Civil War due to land damage.

After the war, Don Jaime took it upon himself to rebuild his father’s legacy, pouring his heart into restoring the land and cultivating coffee of unparalleled quality. Today, his coffee is celebrated among the top 10% in the world, as recognized by the SCA.
