Our Story

The story of Nube (pronounced new-bay) began two years ago during a trip to Tokyo, Japan. At a small coffee shop specializing exclusively in Salvadoran coffee, we sipped our Americanos and asked ourselves: “How is it that there’s a café serving only Salvadoran coffee thousands of miles away, yet we’ve never seen this back home?” That moment sparked the idea for Nube.Fatefully, the coffee we enjoyed in Tokyo came from Don Jaime’s farm—the same coffee we proudly share with you today. For us, Nube is more than just coffee; it’s a celebration of our roots and a way to share the flavors of our family’s homeland. We hope you love it as much as we do.
